In Multiservice Cargo our customers have a wide range of services covering the full range of needs in cargo handling and international logistics.

We have classified into three main groups the services available to our customers:

Customs brokerage

NATIONALIZATION OF GOODS: Nationalization of general cargo imported by air and sea toward the national customs territory, entered by Buenaventura, Bogota D.C., Cali and Barranquilla, coming from anywhere in the world.
CORRECTION AND LEGALIZATION OF GOODS: Fill and processing electronic / manual corrections and legalizations of goods in a state of apprehension, abandonment, seizure, detention and other by the DIAN in any city in Colombia.
TARIFF CLASSIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES: We assist in a comprehensive manner the tariff classification of any proceeds to import and / or export, trading of foreign trade of any operation that is within the provisions of the scheme assets and property free import licence prior training on handling and proper application of INCOTERMS.

GROUND TRANSPORT OF GENERAL CARGO: We offer ground transport of freight and cartage intercity, also have transportation service between Cali and Buenaventura.
PRE-INSPECTIONS, TECHNICIANS AND PHYSICAL INVENTORY: Recognition and identification of all goods, property, vehicles, in any of the packaging categories.
PACKAGING AND FREIGHT FORWARDING IN U.S., PANAMA AND CHINA: Logistical support in any of these countries in foreign trade operations intending to make the user national general merchandise, whether or not unitization general cargo unitization; thereby providing another tool for physical distribution internationally.
COURRIER SERVICE FROM U.S.: For urgent shipments of packages and parcels from U.S. to Cali with all the conditions set out in the service of postal traffic endorsed by international organizations.

ADVISE: Legal issues in exchange, customs, tax and business, oriented to Mipymes and independent Permanent Users Customs (PUC) that requires operations at international markets.
GUIDANCE: Vocational guidance in the management, implementation and research of international transactions, foreign investment, seeking markets and international suppliers, international sales and purchases of property and legal services, reimbursement of imports, international transport of OMC regulations on tariffs, and effects on Customs of NAFTA.
MANAGEMENT: Efficient management of imports in the form of travellers.
ACCOMPANIMENTS: Accompaniment and reliable advice on international negotiations in the Chinese market.
